The Palthetoren, also known as Sprengenberg, was built between 1898 and 1910 by A.A.W. van Wulfften Palthe. Originally intended as a hunting and holiday home, it later served as a permanent residence for the family. The De Sprengenberg estate, on which the tower stands, is freely accessible to the public and offers a beautiful nature reserve to explore.
